This house is located in East Las Vegas in a suburban community about 20 min from Las Vegas Strip and Downtown. The community is great and has a park nearby for kids to play in. There is also a waterpark and family parks nearby no more than 5 minutes away. This property is great for a group of 1-8 guest. The house is a modern styled home with comfy furniture, beds, and useful appliances. It has a 2 car garage and the drive way is also available if additional parking is needed. The backyard is also available and has a grill for bbq's and family gatherings for relaxation and fun while on the property. This property is ideal for any guest looking to enjoy their time in a modern and beautiful home.
