50 years of history here in the popular Las Vegas Country Club, 1/2 a mile to Las Vegas Convention Center and the Las Vegas Strip.
Quiet setting, great to relax away from it all, but yet so conveniently close to the action of the Strip. 30 nt min, applicable paperwork, including rental agreement, picture ID, is required for HOA. Exterior surveillance on site, no parties, no smoking/vaping.
Newly renovated two bedroom one bath condo, with Golf course views, private membership only Golf course.
ALL bedding washed on sanitize cycle for EVERY GUEST, Including sheets, comforter, blankets, mattress pad and even the pillows and pillow protectors.
The 24 hour security guard gated community is quiet and relaxing just a 1/2 mile away from the exciting Las Vegas strip and all the action. Within 1/4 to 2 miles Grocery store, drugstore, Sunrise Hospital, Las Vegas convention center, Wynn/Encore resorts, resorts world, Fashion Show mall.

WARNING: Speeding Violation Citations Unit# 2913
Past guests have encountered numerous fines(by the Master Association) for speeding within the Las Vegas Country Club. We can not emphasize enough that speeding is highly monitored and highly cited by the Master Association.
NO SPEEDING The speed limit is 20 MPH in the Country Club ($$FINES for speeding are $150 to $1000 for speeding violation citations, by Master HOA at 25mph and above) HOA is VERY STRICT.
This also includes your Guests, Taxis and Ride share drivers. Please advise your drivers to not speed.

You will be charged the $fine through VRBO, if the results of the Hearing result in any difference in the amount charged, then the additional amount will be charged through VRBO or refunded if less.
How to prevent fines:
Please Do Not Speed. Anything above 25mph, before or after the speed cameras, you will get a speeding violation citation from the Master Association. This include all guests and drivers to your unit.
