We were placed in the wrong room. This resulted in a call coming from the front desk at about 11PM requesting that we move to a different room. We accommodated. This was inconvenient because we had already settled in the room for a 2-3 hours--we unpacked completely, took a shower, and were in bed for the night when the call came. We had to get dressed, re-pack, return to the front desk to get a different key to settle into our new room. The key didn't work initially when we went to our new room, however they resolved this promptly. Staff was friendly and apologetic, however I feel that a partial refund should have been offered. The hotel was unusually expensive because it was NYE. I would not give such a poor review if a 50% refund had been offered. It wasn't. Currently, there are two $20 holding fees "pending" on my credit card for both rooms. I'm waiting to see if that will resolve itself, but may have to call so that I'm not charged incorrectly/additionally. The breakfast crew was not sufficiently staffed leading to a long wait for food to be restocked. I like to think I'm a reasonable person, and overall the staff was professional, but I just wish it was a different experience and that a refund had been offered. The rooms were otherwise clean and nice.

Room was clean, quiet area, comfortable. I got the full strip view on New Year’s Eve and because of the low clouds and rain, was able to watch the fireworks from the room which was a huge bonus. All the front desk are friendly. Walking distance to outlets so I walked there for lunch and to go shopping during the day. Love the 24 hour coffee and tea available in the lobby. Free breakfast.

The breakfast was fresh, but there was so many people that service had a hard time keeping up. The menu had a great variety and they were trying very hard to keep everyone happy. Bar was closed. The pool closed at 6pm because of it being the off season. The sofa bed was typical, a hard bar in the back. The room was super clean and very large. This was perfect for a family with an air mattress. A real deal for Vegas!

This is great hotel for outside the strip. Rooms are clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay. They don’t change the menu for breakfast daily. That’s the only drawback.

I had a short stay in Las Vegas at a time where vacancy was limited through out the city. This hotel is close to the airport and away from the chaos of the strip, just like I was hoping. The mavericks gas station next door came in handy for some late night items. My experience was pleasant. The hotel and my room were clean, not outdated. Overall, my stay was quiet (no boisterous drunks walking in the hall), and this hotel offered something that is harder to find, free breakfast and coffee!!! I would stay here again.

My stay was okay, but there are definitely areas that need improvement. The bed was not comfortable at all and I woke up with my back hurting really bad. The food options were also disappointing the fruit was old and not fresh, and overall the breakfast didn’t have many good choices. I hope these things can be improved for future guests.
