It's not a bad place. Done mornings not hot enough water. Smaller units don't have cooking facility, just microwave. There is an activity room with stove but you aren't allowed to use it. It would me nice if there were pots & pans in that room and you could at least use the stove, but no. Staff were at most times helpful but times where they said they get back to you and didn't. I had to ask for a midweek clean, which I've not had to ask for at other resorts. The cleaning staff and maintenance people were great.

I know that this beyond your control and we should have gotten a room up on another floor. But there was alot of noise during the middle of the night right above us. People need to have consideration for the people below them.
