Elevator did not work properly and we were on the 3rd floor. /had to carry our bags down on departure. Although the staff di carry our bags for us. Breakfast adequate.

The rooms were fine but the configuration of the hotel was horrible. There is only one elevator and it is working on and off. And the stairs are all the way across the hotel. To summarize this is the type of hotel, surrounded by strides and an airport, that you'd expect to pay 100$ a night, not 220$

Everything was fine except while were waiting for the shuttle a group of you women, very scantily clad, came in asking about day rates. That does not make me think well of the area. The staff handled them well. Also the elevator only worked part of the time. Otherwise the room was fine, the breakfast was good, and it served our purposes well.

The staff was very nice but the property was just ok. The floors were slanted, the room was noisy an worst of all the bathroom toilet did not stop running. I took a shower and the entire floor was wet because there is a 1 inch barrier between the shower and the rest of the bathroom.

Sketchy place. Rooms are clean property is decent. Night clerk took my credit card info and repeatedly charged for Etips. 3 different charges of $20.00,20.00 & 40.00 not approved or purchased by me. I was notified of the fraudulent charges the next day after checkout by my credit card company. Since my card was compromised they froze my card which caused a huge inconvenience for the duration of my vacation. I notified the manager at Best Western by phone and have not heard back. She did say they were investigating video of the time of check in & to what employee the Etips were sent to. Beware of this scam. . I want a refund it ruined my trip and my confidence in Best Western.

The hotel is extremely close to the airport. We didn’t want to wait for a shuttle so we took a taxi…big mistake as it was only a three minute ride from the terminal. We arrived late and were checked into our very clean rooms right away. Right at the end of the parking lot is a very good taco stand and also a ampm type gas station/market to grab snacks and drinks. Mattress good, we slept well. Only spent one night as we were going river rafting in the morning. We didn’t eat much breakfast which looked pretty typical for Best Westerns. All in all, great stay, great price and would definitely recommend especially for short overnights.

Great stay near the airport at a good price. Shuttle service was friendly and helpful. There were no towels at the poolside, but that was minor. Breakfast was plentiful and the staff were all very helpful and courteous.

Pool area was extremely dirty so we did not use. Great breakfast options and clean dining area. Beds were uncomfortable and room was hot no matter how low we turned the AC but we did not complain about the thermostat as we were only there one night. Overall, great customer service.
