Unfortunately, the room had a really bad smell as soon as you walked in. I opened the window every day, but even after two or three days, the smell was still there. I’m not sure if it was just this room or others as well. On top of that, the noise was pretty bad. Overall, the convenience of the shuttle and the location was nice, the staff was very friendly, but the smell and noise really hurt the experience.

Staff were nice and room was decent, but the primary reason I booked was for the free airport shuttle which was not in service. And I did not find out about the shuttle schedule until I had booked a 'non-refundable' room. I had to spend an extra $30+ to get to and from the airport. With the Vegas strip being so close, and multiple other hotel options available, I will not book this hotel again.

Lobby and Room were clean. Staff was very friendly. The room was large but dated. It did not have good soundproofing but the air conditioning noise drowned out most of the hallway and plane noise. Breakfast was good and we had a lot of options. Overall, we had a good stay.

The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was delicious, check in and out quick and easy. My only complaint is we stayed there for the shuttle service and when booking, there was nothing stating the shuttle wasn't currently running and when I asked the lady at the front desk I was surprised by her sassy attitude saying well this has been on the counter all week you haven't noticed it? It clearly states the shuttle isn't running at this time. Other than that a great place to stay.
