The room was tiny..the air con was very noisy couldn't use it at night.. No remote for aircon had to manually start/stop very dangerous... Do not stay here..

HORRIBLE FOYEZ !

Nous sommes arrivĆ©s Ć  l hĆ“tel Ć  14h comme convenu. La chambre qui nous a Ć©tĆ© attribuĆ©e est vĆ©tuste. nous voulions prendre une douche Ć  l arrivĆ©e dans la chambre car nous avions fait de la route. La salle de bain est en mauvais Ć©tat les joints de salle de bain dont noir les toilettes avec la cuvette cassĆ©e obligĆ© de la tenir pour faire ses besoins mais le pire c est qu il n y a pas d eau ni dans les toilettes ni dans la douche on a voulu prĆ©venir le l employĆ© Ć  l accueil mais il n Ć©tait plus la. aprĆØs une longue attente on dĆ©cide de ne pas gĆ¢cher la journĆ©e et d aller dĆ©couvrir la ville. Au retour dans la soirĆ©e nous informons l agent d accueil du manque d eau ce dernier repond qu il y a eu une panne gĆ©nĆ©rale du rĆ©seau turque. Le lendemain matin rĆ©veil Ć  9 h et toujours pas d eau pour se doucher nous prĆ©venons le mĆŖme agent qui s en dĆ©nier nous regarder nous rĆ©pond les yeux rivĆ©es sur son portable qu il n y a pas d eau. Visiblement ils avaient prĆ©vus des bouteilles d eau car il y en avait quelques pacs Ć  l accueil mais l employĆ© ne nous les a mĆŖme pas proposĆ©. La cerise sur le gĆ¢teau c est qu Ć  11h20 il a frappĆ© Ć  la Porte de la chambre pour nous prĆ©venir qu il fallait partir hors nous avons payĆ© jusqu Ć  12h nous avons fait des milliers d hĆ“tel mais c est la 1 er fois Qu on nous demande de partir et surtout avant l heure. N allez surtout pas dans cet hĆ“tel ou il n y a pas une once d humanitĆ©
