Had to wait long time for check in . We had an upgrade on the room. Had dinner at one of the restaurants. Server did not know the ingredients of the pizza. We also had to look around for the server if we needed something else. Overall stay was very good . I would recommend it and I would stay here again.

The service at this property is terrible. The staff and management know nothing about hospitality and guest comfort and convenience. The staff at the front desk have a chip on their shoulder and a terrible attitude. This property is comparable to a 4 star at the most but definitely not 5 stars. I wish I had known this before being fooled by the rating and booking my stay. If it was for the inconvenience I would have packed my bags and left by the second day. Don’t make the same mistake I did.
