The hotel’s central location in Taksim Square is its main strength, offering easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport. However, the overall experience was underwhelming for what is marketed as a five-star hotel. We stayed for 8 nights and received no complimentary services. Staff were generally unhelpful, with some at reception speaking limited English, making communication difficult. In-house services were poor and overpriced. While the stay was acceptable, the quality and service fell short of expectations—more in line with a 3-star hotel.

This is my fourth or fifth stay. The reception mixed the two rooms that I reserved, and we had problems with connecting the wifi. The AC was very noisy that we did not sleep all first night, and they changed the room next day. I informed the receptionist that this night should be compensated. Couple of days the bathrooms were not properly prepared. We were denied to have one hour later check out due to the hotel fully booked.

This hotel was amazing. Very friendly staff, hygienic and top-notch facilities. It’s also connected to Gezi Parki, which is an ideal location for those who want to wind down from the hustle & bustle of Taksim/Beyoglu.

It is five star in every sense. Sinan is the absolute best (front desk manager). He was overly kind, joyful, and professional. This might be the only place we ever stay in Istanbul.
