Beautiful hotel a little out of the way. Always have to take transportation not walkable. Arrived late at night had a beautiful chocolate tray in our room on arrival, as it was 1 am did not eat next day left to tour istanbul came back excited to have the chocolate and it had been removed by housekeeping. Mentioned to front desk said that should not have happened and would replace it was not replaced a little disappointing for such a highly rated hotel. Went to utilize the bonvoy suite for a coffee a staff member came in but did not replenish so also not able to utlize as there was nothing the during the open hours. Some staff were attentive and service great others felt very dismissive.

I’ve stayed at almost every Ritz Carlton property in Europe. Istanbul is very special! I extended my 4 day stay to 7 days; the hotel staff is A+. Very kind caring, makes you feel like family. I went on 3 tours through the hotel that were lifetime memories. Rooms were stunning, very clean, 2 ply toilet paper; great water pressure! I’ll be back and highly recommend!

Beautiful property and wonderful service. The rooftop restaurant was excellent and the service was amazing! They were very attentive to the customers. Overall the hotel was just relaxing and comforting to stay. The bedrooms spacious and comfy with everything you need. Will be back!

We stayed at the Ritz-Carlton Istanbul from June 1–4 and were disappointed with the experience. Breakfast was not varied, which is surprising for a hotel of this level. Concierge services were overpriced, and the concert tickets they helped us book did not match what we were promised. Unfortunately, we do not recommend this hotel in Istanbul.

Great location, excellent service and brilliant restaurants. We stayed for four nights and had dinners in all the restaurants. Food quality (from Turkish to Japanese) is top notch. Hotel staff are always attentive and caring. In a nutshell, it is one of the best hotels we stayed in.
