Our room was great very comfortable and clean. Staff were excellent friendly and very helpful hotel is located in the best part of the tourist area walkable to everything. Would recommend staying on level 3 or 4 as noise from restaurant on level 6 can be a bit loud if you need an early night

This is our second visit to Istanbul and our second stay at Sultanhan as well. Thirteenth years ago the hotel was a bit different, more service provided and better quality and room comfort. Having said all that the location is perfect for visiting Istanbul and its historic sites.
