The hotel was fine but not a 5☆ compared to European standard. The rooms facing the road is very noisy and had to change room to the back of the hotel. The bar area is nice and the rooms are spacious but dated. Some of the hangers were broken. I would consider it a good 3 ☆ hotel. Theres nothing near the hotel except the metro.

The room we got had the main room and the sofa bed in different rooms. The hotel staff was amazing, pool was clean. Breakfast was included and had quite a variety of options. We tried the massage which was USD 80 for an hour, started with a sauna, the massage and a turkish hammam bath. Very relaxing. Housekeeping was great. The top floor had a rooftop bar which was quite empty but had a nice view. Just a lil far from a few places but the train station was just a few minutes walk so quite accessible.

If we had the opportunity to come back to Istanbul we wouldn’t stay here. I’m sorry. Small gym, problems on cleaning the rooms, when cleaned it still the floor was dirty. Stairs and corridors dirty with trash and garbage bags spilling from the garbage. WiFi connection weak or does not work on room 225-226. For a five star hotel still has a lot to change and get better. High prices for bad service.

I was offered a non-smoking room, unfortunately it was right above a smoking area, i think from the street below or something - all I know is it felt like someone was constantly smoking right next to me. I'm generally a simple person who doesn't like complaining and asking to be moved but on this occasion even the hotel guys realised how bad it was, so at around midnight and after hours of ignoring it I asked to be moved and they did. I loved my new room. Breakfast was lovely and the location was good for me. The room weren't spotlessly clean but it was workable, all went well for me and I had a good stay.
