We got a free upgrade on our room staff were lovely, rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast had so much to choose from it was my birthday whilst I was in Istanbul and they made it very very special. I didn’t get the name or everyone but Ekrem was very helpful.

What a great hotel the service was great. The rooms were great and you can literally walk within a few hundred yards and be to 50 restaurants easily. Less than a half a mile walk to almost all the attractions. We will be back.

Special thanks to Hikmet and Samet who came to my rescue when I needed help and they really are a credit to the hotel. Great Hotel to stay it if you are planning on seeing Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque and surrounding sites. Staff was very helpful and the room was spotless upon arrival. Would highly recommend if you are having a short stay. Due to the room size, I would not recommend staying for an extended duration but other than that it was excellent.

I had a wonderful stay. I want to give a special thanks to the bellman Acuman, who went out of his way to always make is feel comfortable and helped with bag ect. The one concerning thing is if you can do some stairs then ask the hotel of the main floor elevator is fixed. Over the week I was there, they kept saying it was getting fixed but it never got fixed. So you have to do one flight of stairs to get to lobby. Great location and as a result many of the surrounding streets are closed during day. Hotel is a golf cart that can help pick you up from down the hill when you arrive. They don’t tell you that but the service is there. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance such as the blue and Sophia mosque. Lots of food options (all Turkish). Overall, great stay
