A standard room is so small, especially the bathroom is so tiny. I am unable to pretend it is a 5 star hotel. Valet parking staff is not always on duty.

What a great hotel the service was great. The rooms were great and you can literally walk within a few hundred yards and be to 50 restaurants easily. Less than a half a mile walk to almost all the attractions. We will be back.

The guest relations, reception team and housekeeping are 2nd to none. They were very welcoming, helpful and make sure that your stay is perfect. Special thanks to Hikmet and Samet who came to my rescue when I needed help and they really are a credit to the hotel. The hotel is in a great location, great facilities and and a short walk (few minutes) to Hagia Sophie, the Blue Mosque and Basilica Cistern
