My wife, our two children, and I stayed here for a week, and we had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and our room was spotless throughout our stay. We appreciated having hot water available 24/7, which made our stay even more comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was absolutely delicious, offering a great start to our mornings. The property is in a fantastic location, conveniently close to all the major tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the area. Not for single ladies. The young manager feels free to make sexual advances and the other receptionist knows. Sickening. Great service provided to my dad. They made sure he kept a family room for the price of a small one. Astounding lip service paid to my old man. Kind and helpful staff overall. One room I got had a noisy water system in the wall it seems: very loud noise in the morning. Another one had a water temperature hard to adjust but manageable. Great location, view, cheap and practical if you have good legs to walk the short but steep distance to the grand bazaar and very useful tramline 1.

This family run hotel, owners and staff very nice and helpful. Hotel is simple, lovely and clean. Its located in the old city and a short distance from places to dine and many of the major landmarks in Istanbul!

We went with my family (2 adults, 2kids). Excellent experience! The property manager Ɩmer was fantastic and really helped us feel at ease and safe. Rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. Lots of restaurants at a walkable distance. Very close to the blue mosque and Hagia Sophia.

Sejour en famille agreable dans cet hotel familial. Lhotel est bien situe avec vue sur la mosquee bleue et la mer marmara. Alles war super. Das Personal i das FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck sehr nice šŸ‘. Wir hatten zwei normale Zimmer, da wir mit Kind waren haben sie von sich aus ein upgrade auf Familie Zimmer gleich gemacht. Der Grand Baazar ist 900m vom Hotel entfernt.
