While the hotel facilities, food quality, pools, and general presentation were excellent, the ongoing noise issues significantly affected our comfort and sleep quality. Unfortunately the handling of our concerns by hotel staff also left us disappointed, so we would be unlikely to return.

The room was not bad, but the shower drain was clogged. Some staff were friendly, but others were not. For example, the male receptionist looked very angry and spoke in a serious and aggressive manner. I asked a staff member at the entrance which of the two doors was the main entrance. He replied, “Look and find it!” I was shocked.
