Staffs was great but this is not a 5 stars hotel more like a 3 stars hotel. It is great location with near by the mosque and foods in front of the hotels but all the restaurants serves the same one. Please eat the one next to the restaurants, it was probably the best one compare to other one.

I booked this hotel because I thought it was luxury. There was some elements that felt like it was and others that didn’t. My first room, the heating/air con didn’t work, the lamp had tape where the switch was suppose to be, the kick board to the bath was sticking out, the mini bar didn’t have what was specified on the list, the vanity mirror was missing and there was dried bird poo on the balcony when I arrived. Other things did feel more luxurious or premium/premier. I spoke the the gentleman on the front desk and he changed my room for my second night. This room was in much better condition. The gym was basic and there wasn’t any water or towels available. Breakfast was limited in choice. I had 20% off food and drink so on my last night decided I would eat at the hotel but was told that there was no cook that day so it wasn’t possible. The staff were very friendly. I booked in for a reflexology massage, I've had lots of these but this was different. I was told to lie face down. I normally find them relaxing but I had to support my legs up because I was face down. It was a nice massage but wasn’t like any reflexology I’ve ever had

Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was very good with good options. Staff were friendly especially our server Hussein who was very helpful and assisted our kids with quick service and professionalism. Front desk including Adam and Ali were also very curteous and peofessional. Hotel was clean and close to major attractions by walking. Would stay there again if we visit istanbul

Nice hotel good location

Really friendly staff, great location near the main “tourist” attractions. Not a comment on the hotel, but restaurants in the area are very expensive compared to what you might expect to pay. Go a little further afield and you’ll get a better price.

We loved our stay here as it was quiet and safe and we could walk up to the famous Mosques in few minutes. All of the staff was exceptional and caring. The only thing that could have been better was if the TV was working so that it could have occupied the children. To be fair we reached out to the staff only once for this issue and survived without TV :)
