The large family room on second floor doesn’t have access to elevator which was the main reason we booked the room. Staff are great but management not sympathetic at all.

Die Übernachtung hat garnicht stattgefunden weil das Hotel keine freie Zimmer hatte. Die haben angeblich vergessen den Portal zu schließen.

HOTEL SO LA LA....
Bei Umbuchungen wird garnicht weitergeholfen. Das Personal ist in dieser Hinsicht nicht nett. Die Lage ist mitten im Zentrum. Das Hotel ist geeignet für Leute, die von morgens bis abends unterwegs sind und nur ums Schlafen in das Hotel gehen. Sauberkeit ist leider nicht so prickelnd. Wir wollten das Zimmer wechseln, leider wurde uns nicht weiter geholfen. Bei Thema Service waren die hilfsbereit. Wenn was gefehlt hat, haben die einen geholfen.
