What a fantastic stay returning to a bygone era. Everything from the decor to the staff was amazing. Only criticism was the dinner menu could have been better. But would strongly recommend this hotel and will definitely return.

Great hotel in a brilliant location. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. I hope the hotel increases their room service menu options to have more items for vegetarians. A slightly better breakfast selection/improve the quality of food available would also go a long way in making this hotel even greater.

We stayed at the Pera Palace hotel for four nights in mid April 2025. The property is very grand, with an impressive and glamorous lobby, a cosy bar, copious quantities of marble and many chandeliers. The fascinating history of the hotel is worth exploring. Our rooms were comfortable and decently sized, one of them had a balcony glimpse of the Bosphorus plus a spotless marble shower room. Bed linen and towels were beautiful. The door staff were friendly but the narrow pavement right in front of the hotel meant that they should have been paying more attention to people’s safety. The location was good for getting to local attractions, a few minutes walk to Istiklal Street with many lovely restaurants and plenty of shops. Our peace was somewhat disturbed by a number of weddings which took place during our stay but the staff were at pains to try and minimise our discomfort. We spoke with multiple people on the front desk, all of whom were exceptionally polite and helpful. We were in fact compensated for the noise disturbance and the general manager, Mr Eti went out of his way to ensure this happened.

It was nostalgic and beautiful, since the building is historical it gives the feeling of old times stories and memories, special the serve old man, he was in the perfect classic butler, which makes get the feeling of how being in a palace.
