A bit underwhelming after staying at the Hilton World Resort that's close to this. The Vacation Club was ok, but the Suite was rather small and feels on the older type of design/decoration. Would definitely deserve a refresh to be competitive with other hotels closer to the rest of the strip, Service was very good though, no fault to the staff who was welcoming and friendly.

Great stay and Sethidal, Laura and whole staff are the best! Including the maintenance man that replaced the battery of the smoke detector. Awesome place! Just dont let the “timeshare” lady take so much of your time trying to sell you stuff.

The overall customer service is excellent; they checked in daily to see if we needed anything. The hotel is a bit farther from the strip, but it has a bus stop right in front. The only issue was at check-in, they said they had a "welcome gift", but it is them trying to sell you a vacation package and making you feel guilty about not accepting the "gift."

Noisy elevator machinery heard throughout night despite being nowhere near actual elevator. Inflexible room upgrade rules, despite front desk staff being aware that i would not recieve any Hilton Honors points for stay booked through Expedia (a points policy that I was not aware of). Cheap towels, not a comfortable shower, a lot farther removed from main areas of strip than anticipated. Wife complained about lack of amenities in bathroom. A decent hotel, but underwhelming experience.
