The only reason I rate this a 4 is because the bed was flat and not so comfortable however it is to my understanding that they are remodeling some of these rooms so hopefully in the near future if I decide to stay with the Hilton again, hopefully my next rating would be excellent at a five.

Room was very clean and nicely appointed. Front desk staff were great! They allowed an early check in. The only problem was the persistently aggravating "free gift" experience people. They actually called me while I was watching the wizard of oz at the sphere. I only answered the phone because I thought there was something wrong with the hotel stay. Even when I was checking out of the hotel the experience person was trying to sell me something because he thought I was checking in. Totally aggravating! They have got to scale down their obtrusiveness.
