Hiltons are amazing, I think though they need to invest more into staff. The staff in the hotel are pushy, I had a little Asian lady as I walked from check out counter grab my hotel key that had a card she tried to tell me for coupons? To local restaurants? I pulled away and said please don’t grab out of my hand I was in shock, I knew what was happening so I went with it tell I went to the next lady and he cleavage out looked like she just got off work at the strip bar down the way, I would not do business with that and with my husband there, so I told her I’m not interested. Not a good experience at all. Then the next day getting a coffee in the market place the lady taken order smacking her gum and writing all over my cup? This is not Starbucks, I’m not sure if it’s just hard to find good help? I think so as Vegas has really gone to trash. Hilton is classy on the outside but with what I seen in the inside it made the experience not so good. It was nice going to the room as they are nice, aside the dirty windows I get it thought the desert makes that hard to maintain.
Dress code would be good and the pushy isn’t good either, who they have doing this she may need to go into another position like parking meter police. She doesn’t fit the job. I may have really gave it a shot to talk to someone about what there is to offer but not with that. I’m in sales of loans and NEVER BE PUSHY and sure don’t start the sale with a lie.
