Our room was very dirty. Bathroom had long hair in the bath and all around the plug, along the wall was dirty and the shower curtain was covered in stains. The air conditioner was not working and the sheet had a stain on it. The staff were very prompt at removing the hair and supplying a fan for our room to help with the stuffiness. Very disappointed as we used this hotel 2 weeks earlier and could not fault it.

Location to Narita T1 -T3 is amazing with specific bus free transportation. Hotel is very clean with good service people! I thank them for checking in and out

The staffs (about 4 of them) that i encountered are all very lifeless and not interested in making our stay comfortable. We stay in the west wing with tatami. The room itself is spacious and clean but there's red residues in the water boiler and sink. We don't feel safe to use the boiler so we had to get bottle water from the convenience store downstairs. The cleanliness of the store is also concerning so we did get food that required to warm up using microwave. I would not recommend family with small chlid to stay here and i personally wouldn't stay here again

Great Hotel near NaritaAirport.what a great hotel proving a free shuttle to and from Narita airport. The room was extremely clean and large. The breakfast was very nice and this hotel is extremely good value and I would highly recommend. We would definitely stay here again when an over night stay at Narita is needed. We travelled from Australia
