My husband and I spent one night at this hotel which is very close to the airport. Our room was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a nice meal in the restaurant. Also, there is a convenience store located in the lobby that is open 24 hours which is very useful .

Place is nice and the room was nice. Nothing around the area. Restaurants are closed Tuesday and Wednesday some of them. Not too convenient. Also, got most of the day, the shuttle is only once an hour to the hotel. That’s not good. But we did like the hotel. Room size was good and it was very clean. Staff quite good but nothing around the hotel.

Basbas was a terrific concierge. He made us feel very welcome. Also swimming pool, sauna and bath were in good condition. The breakfast buffet was great as well…nice selection, helpful staff.

Excelente hotel en Narita

Siempre es un gusto hospedarme en Ana Crown Plaza Narita. El personal además de ser muy profesional, son sumamente amables y tienen una excelente disposición. Siempre están al pendiente de las necesidades de los huéspedes, por eso es mi opción #1 cuando viajo a Narita. La cantidad de shuttles hacia el aeropuerto, como a Narita es excelente, con muchos horarios.

I’ve stayed at several hotels in Japan, but the ANA Crowne Plaza feels friendlier than most. The service leans more toward a Western style, which makes us feel welcome, comfortable, and well taken care of. It’s a great choice if you’re looking for a hotel near Narita Airport. Although the rooms are a little dated, the overall experience was very good, and I’d definitely stay here again.
