We could not have chosen a better place to stay during our Waikiki vacation. The property is beautiful and the location is great with it being right on the beach. I felt so welcomed by the staff, they were so friendly and service was impeccable. The amenities were also amazing so many great shops and restaurants including Duke's, which has live music daily. The pool was also really nice but we made great use of the beach. I would absolutely stay here again 10/10 highly recommend.

The resort is a great location. Close to all the action - good food, shopping, entertainment, beach. Duke’s is in this resort with live entertainment and tables oceanfront. Great food and staff. We had a king size oceanfront room that was clean, modern. The bed was super comfortable with a great balcony oceanfront view. Staff was super friendly. Beach was amazing!! Would definitely stay here again.

Clean room. Not beach view nor street view. Our rooms were in the very noisy side. Throwing of bottles & cans, closing huge trash bins w/ a big bang from Midnight to 4 AM. I complained to the front desk, but she said there’s nothing they can do. They couldn’t move our 4 rooms all together in one area.

Our room was on the side. Website Description was street view. We didn’t mind facing the building of Cheesecake Factory. But the DISTURBING NOISE - Banging of Bottles, Cans, throwing in the trash bin was so LOUD between 12 MN & 4:00 AM. Front desk couldn’t do anything.

I love this area and excellent beach access. The club rooms are not worth it because Duke's breakfast is far far better and not expensive. The club lounge breakfast is seriously lacking. Same for club happy hour. The staff were super good though.
