I would definitely stay here again. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly. Bed was extremely comfortable and room was clean. Dining was delicious and the open air and view of the beach was a splendid perk. So were the little birds fluttering here and there in the seating area to day hello and pick up crumbs.

The beach here was wonderful. The room was spacious, luxurious and the staff was very helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The little balcony was a nice place to sit and unwind. The AC wasn’t too noisy. Really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is old but locates in the most convenient area. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served at the Duke’s and Hula. I used 100 credit towards a breakfast at the Dukes. It was great!

Avoid rooms on the west side of this property! It's a great location to access beach and area shopping and we appreciated the express elevator to a room on a top floor. However, we paid a premium for the ocean view, yet sitting outside on the little lanai was impossible due to the overwhelmingly loud (and somewhat smelly) exhaust fan roaring 24/7 on the roof of the Cheesecake Factory next door. A definite negative on an otherwise nice place.

Room great, staff super helpful and welcoming. Problem wasn’t really in the control of the hotel it was the street noise. Street karaoke blasting out all evening every night. Just could not get away from it. I did address it with the hotel, they said despite contacting the police they were not doing anything about it. Pity as it it really ruined a good experience
