Staff were excellent, location is excellent, amenities on-site are excellent. Only drawback is the room itself was quite dated, carpet worn, some water stains in the ceiling. We also had a recurring issue with the hot water in the shower which was never really resolved.

The room and the staff were great. Breakfast at Duke's was wonderful and the valet staff were quick and friendly. The hotel is currently under renovations. For the most part, the renovations didn't affect us. However, there was a sizable gap where the door gasket didn't connect, and we could hear the construction noise from hotel renovations. It was so loud some nights that we couldn't sleep, and we were awakened every morning around 4AM by the noise. Staff was not responsive to complaints.

No TV for two days. Loud preaching over a speaker every night till 11 out side of hotel.all water shut off for 2 hrs. Worst elevator system I've seen.Staff was great thanks Brenda. Location excellent.

Room was in great condition! They are in the process of of renovation at this time so one of the elevators were still under construction. The place itself is in a prime spot and we loved having the beach on our "backyard", so to speak☺️The only thing we were disappointed about was that we did not get help with self parking area. We were given a piece of paper but it was confusing. We just felt dismissed when we entertained parking outside valet.

Welcoming staff from valet to checkin to delivery of our bags. When bags came he offered to tour the room with us. Told us valuable info. We loved the elevator system. (You’ll see!) Beach access was so easy and convenient. Dukes and Hula Grill are terrific options for food. The club was wonderful for breakfast and the 4:30-6:30 appetizer/snacks Karen took good care of our room.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. Loved the brunch at Dukes. Easy access to the beach.

Great staff! Clean room, but it is dated. Water temp in shower was weird: super hot and then cooled down after a minute. While it doesn’t feel as updated as the Reef in the Beach, this Outrigger property has much more sandy beach and is located closer to Kapiolani Park. Best hotel amenity: insulated bottles to refill with drinking water in lobby and other places around the hotel.
