Hotel is cool that’s it’s a circle. It does feel out dated though. Nice of them to give you water bottles for clean water. Cool that they give you movie rentals. FYI room service is only every 3 days.

We enjoyed our stay here, especially the location right in the heart of the area. Room was clean and comfortable. We had two full size beds and it worked out great. Our view was wonderful. Parking switched over to valet parking while we were there and it also was an improvement.

Beware, they charge an extra fee on top of the extra fee they already charge called Amenity Fee $30/day. Honestly there isn't any "amenities" other than the wifi if you consider that one? Also there is not maid or room turnover services here. I got charged 2 different charges on my cc. Tyring to understand it all.

Hotel is outdated and has no amenities! Staff was helpful. Over priced for the lack of space; shower was so small water leaked all over the floor. Lack of storage for any kind of extended stay. Best part of the room was the new sliding glass doors.

Overall most of the staff is very friendly and helpful. I love the location and rooms- this was my fourth stay. Housekeeping is very friendly. Not a huge fan of the “resort fees” this is like stay a no frills place so just include that in the total price.

Before arriving, we received a text mentioning the possibility of early check-in. However, when we got there, we were not allowed to check in early and no clear explanation was provided, which was frustrating after being told it might be available. We also had issues with the TV remote in our room. It worked inconsistently turning the TV on and off randomly which made it very frustrating to relax and enjoy our stay. Another concerning issue was the elevator. At one point, all of the floor buttons were lit up as if it were stopping at every floor. This honestly made us feel uneasy and unsafe. Additionally, when I mentioned that the mirror in our room was very dirty, I was handed cleaning solution and a towel and asked if I could clean it myself. I did not feel that this was appropriate, as basic cleanliness should be handled by hotel staff. Overall, we were disappointed with our stay and expected better service and maintenance but the front desk was friendly and nice
