Posted 9/28/23: Aston Waikiki Beach Tower –4th Floor Upper Pool Deck Shutdown
Please be advised that unanticipated but mandatory remedial work will require the Waikiki Beach Tower Condominium Association to shut down the 4th-floor pool deck to conduct repairs beginning on Monday, November 6, 2023, for an estimated 4-7 months.
• The expected completion date will be some time around in May 2024.
• Starting Monday, November 6, 2023, the entire upper pool deck will be closed, including the main pool, jacuzzi, keiki pool, both BBQ grills and the cabanas.
• Other amenities located on the 4th floor lower sun deck will remain open, including the fitness and yoga rooms, the billiards table and the Aloha Lounge.
• Work hours will be restricted to 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Some noise is expected.
