Great location. The staff was excellent. One negative was that we had a room designed for disabled persons. The shower had no curtains, just the drain on the floor. Not really the hotel's fault. I asked for help on the flight so I guess that followed over to the hotel. The hotelwas kind enough to adjust the price.

Loved walking the waterfront decks and watching the boats go by. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Coffee shop on the property was a plus.

The small things they offered like a picnic bag and blanket, games and cards, a blind date with a book. Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area and places to try.

I booked this for a short trip with my elderly mother. The hotel is in 2 buildings with the gym in another separate building which put me off from using m. The room was nice and beds comfortable. It was an accessible room but we struggled to work out the 2 shower controls. There’s a handheld shower which controlled the control for the main shower head. This we only worked out after strolling to the front desk to come up as the phone wouldn’t connect. The only other issue was a lost package which I had ordered, showed as delivered to the hotel 2 days before my arrival but it couldn’t be located & it was still being investigated 2 days later as we checked out. Shame.

Great property if you were staying close to Little Italy. It was very close for walking. The hotel was clean. A very large footprint so we didn’t see front staff very often being we were in a different building great views nice area never felt compromised.

Perfect location! Easy flat Walking distance to TD Garden, North End, Aquarium, boats, Seaport, Fanuiel Hall and on Waterfront and water taxi stop, front door Valet.
