Location is near Narita Airport. Their shuttle bus services are excellent. Staff is super helpful. Shoutout to Yuki helping us to resolve hallway smoking problem.

The rooms are a bit outdated and small. There’s no assistance with luggage, and the location isn’t very convenient for getting around. One of the beds broke when my daughter simply sat on it.

This hotel is very close to NRT Airport. They offer a shuttle to the airport and is easy to use. Other than that it is a clean room but very far from Tokyo. Only stay here for early flights out of NRT
