Newly Built, The Modern Disneyland Escape w/ EV Charging, Near Convention Center

Enjoy a cozy experience at this centrally-located, NEWLY BUILT home in Garden Grove that is equipped with an EV CHARGER (220V 40amp) for electric vehicles! Located <10 mins away from Disneyland and Convention Center! This home is ideal for groups of up to 6 people. Whether it's lounging around, visiting nearby theme parks, working and relaxing from home, or simply needing a cozy and convenient stay, this home will be perfect for you, your family, and your friends.

This one-level home has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms and can accommodate 6 guests. Each bedroom is equipped with a memory foam queen-size mattress (which can sleep 2 guests). The master bedroom has its own bathroom and is equipped with a 32” Smart TV. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. We also provide an electric blow-up queen mattress (which can sleep another 2 guests).

We can also provide a high chair, baby bath, and pack-and-play crib at your request, but please let us know at least a few days in advance before check-in so we can have it ready in time for your arrival.

Family visit

Our trip was to visit a cousin and pick up my grandson from college at Long Beach. The house was like brand new, very clean and in an older neighborhood and really quiet. We would use again for sure.

Great home, good location for disney

My partner, and two of our friends stayed (4 total, two couples) here for three nights. The house was as advertised, clean, cute, nice dining room table and living area, and two clean modern bathrooms. It was perfect.

Great stay close to Disneyland

Neat and tidy home with great facilities. We had two couples sharing the home and enjoyed our own bathrooms. Very well located within Anaheim with easy access to Disneyland and Downtown Disney. Host was very responsive. Easy check-in and clear instructions. Would stay again.

Great for a Disney Trip for 2-4 people.

Very clean, great place. 2 bath was great (much better than single-shower hotels). Easy navigation to Disneyland. Very friendly hosts. Parking was a little confusing the first time, but that's about the worst I have to say about it.

Amazing Vacation Rental

This rental was amazing! My family of 6 (2 adults and 4 children ages 6 to 14) stayed here. Everything is exactly as shown in the pictures. There’s an aero bed in the closet which helped with the bedding situation. Having a vacation rental with a fullsize kitchen totally stocked up with all the essentials that you need to whip up a meal was a PLUS! We prepared our own snacks and meals and saved tons of money by doing so. Having a washer and dryer in the unit also was a big help. Laundry detergent, softener and dryer sheets were readily available. We were able to wash up all of our dirty laundry before heading to our next destination which didn’t have a washer or dryer. All in all we had an amazing time at this vcay rental and would totally stay here again!

The house is clean and bright and well-located near Disney and lots of shopping options. The photos represent the property well. The property managers are easy to communicate with and reply quickly. We would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The place is newly built, modern and clean with a pleasant scent as we walked in. Centrally located to our family reunion in Fullerton and Disneyland parks, Newport Beach, few of our destinations. This comfy detached in-law type home with well equipped kitchen, sans dishwasher served us well in Orange County.

Really cute and clean

This place is adorable, although the living area is pretty tiny and could use better/more seating (that dip in the couch is a doozy). The kitchen is nice and big (as is the table holy moly!) but there was no way to make ice or sanitize the dishes. Beds were comfy memory foam and bathrooms were super clean! Neighborhood seems safe, family oriented and quiet. Enjoyed our stay very much!

Wasps and Lies

We stayed here and the day we arrived there was multiple wasps nest. One of my group is allergic so we asked them to please take care of them, they sprayed them with water and pissed them off and one got inside and we had to kill it. They are trying to lie and say we smoked inside when we did not. It’s insane they can just say we did something that we didn’t. They also had the person living in the house spying on us the whole time. Just choose somewhere else to stay.

Fantastic place to stay

Great place for our family. The house was very clean. The neighborhood was also very clean and quiet. Easy access to the Disneyland park. The host was very easy to communicate with and the check in/out procedures were easy to follow. I would highly recommend this host/location to anyone visiting Anaheim. Garden Grove

This location was excellent. Not far from Disney and all the amenities. Also had close proximity to the highway and was only about 45min from LA. Nice clean and quiet neighborhood. I loved it.
