Easy check in, friendly staff. Easy close parking to my room. Asthetically the room was nice, had a one bedroom apartment, nice out look to the park, large lounge and bedroom. Good location and quiet. Considering covid and just general hygiene there was no detergent, no hand soap, no sanitiser in the room. I wiped every surface before use and it was disgusting, think they just make the bed and empty bins because the place was dirty.

All of our apartment amenities include hand soap, detergent in one bedroom and two bedroom apartments with a washing machine, and hand sanitiser at the foyer doors. It is disappointing to hear that this is a once-off occurrence where these amenities were not in the room, this has been forwarded onto the housekeeping supervisor. The location was great. The rooms were of good size. The bathroom was adequate. The table and chairs on the verandah could have been cleaned.
