Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel was absolutely amazing! The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully designed. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is full of great energy — stylish, fun, and relaxing at the same time. The staff were professional, friendly, and made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. We enjoyed delicious food at the restaurants, great cocktails at the bar, and loved the live music vibe all around. The location is perfect — close to everything, with easy parking and plenty to do nearby. It was an unforgettable experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! 🎸✨

Clean room, comfortable and safe

Check in was a breeze since I did pre-check in. I also like that when you do pre-check in, you can pick what floor you want to be on. The room was spotless and the view of the ocean (which we didn't know we were getting) was beautiful. The staff throughout the Ocean were super friendly. There are plenty of restaurants to pick from. We went to Bang Zhen and the food was amazing. We went to see a show at the Ocean. While the event itself was great, the Ovation Hall was not the most comfortable. When we got there, our section of seating was gone. Like the whole section was gone. We were not notified about that. However, the staff at the door had tickets on hand for new seating which were still good seats in terms of location, but the seats were actual folding chairs. And sitting in a folding chair for a 3 - 3 1/2 hour event was pretty uncomfortable. I think if we went back for an event in Ovation Hall, we would sit further back as second level section was regular cushioned seats. Other than that one thing, the Ocean is still one of the best places to stay in Atlantic City!
