The young girl at check out was unnecessarily rude with a snippy attitude on Friday 1/2/26 at 10 am .She was annoyed that I asked for a receipt because it meant she had to walk across to the printer. I was told being as though we booked through a third party app she didn't think it was important because it "was just $60" . I was an inconvenience to her even though I came back in and patiently waited and was polite in asking. Booking 3rd party doesn't warrant less than customer service. Our check in staff was wonderful and the bartender Vince was also great at customer service when we were purchasing our bottle of champagne. Check out is just as important if not more because its the last step in customer engagement. Check out was a fail.

Everything was wonderful from check in at Hotelwith Adreanna to daily interaction with Sailor who was very pleasant and helpful. The room was perfect. The golf course was in great condition and the staff there were all pleasant. We enjoyed breakfast and drinks at the bar and both of the "Brads" were great bartenders ...we didn't meet THIRD bartender Brad. 😂. It was our first time staying over but we will return again sooner than later.

While the hotel itself was beautiful and clean, it was not worth 350 a night plus a $30 a night resort fee. Have to walk across street to winery to get food/ drink- nothing in the actual hotel itself. Pool area was clean but not impressive with its cheap plastic tables. Certainly no "resort."

The property was very nice but for the price i paid I was expecting a better and bigger pool.the water was cloudy and the pool very small, i did not find the bar or maybe it didnt have none and reception is really bad on everyones phone, i felt like i was back 20 yrs ago

Arrived for a wedding to find we had no: Closet in the room or any comparable rack to hang out clothes at all anywhere Had to ask housekeeping where the iron was to get ready for the wedding. It was in a drawer in the bathroom. An iron was provided with no ironing board. So, when I should ve been getting ready, I was at the front desk asking for another room. I was told there was no space a d provided with a board and flimsy clothing rack. There was no shelf or hooks in the bathroom for towels and no soap dish in the standing shower. SUPER WEIRD and inconvenient. Who wants to keep bending down for soap? Not to mention the noise 1-2 am in the morning from the room next door. You would think an establishment of this magnitude would at least provide these basic amenities and a quiet environment easily accessed at Super 8, Days and Holiday Inns, and other such hotels. For the over $200 paid, this stay and the lack of basic accommodations was ridiculous. They host weddings, their guests, and parties regularly. They know everyone is going to need an ironing board and a place to hang clothes, etc Would never stay here again or perhaps I can simply avoid Rm 314. Ridiculous

Anniversary getaway

Second year in a row that my husband and I celebrated our anniversary here. We just love it!! The people are beyond helpful and friendly, the rooms are spotless and really comfortable. We love the pool and the winery as well. We will most likely make this an annual trip!

Absolutely beautiful and clean room. Entrance has a magnificent staircase. About 100 feet from chateau is a cafe that serves the best breakfast pizza I’ve ever had. The grounds have ponds, fountains, vineyards, and flowers.
