Poor value for money. Room floor dirty on arrival. Staff not as friendly and courteous as other Japan hotels we have stayed at.

Excellent hotel, room was very spacious with wide range of amenities and friendly staff. Access to self service laundry made it so convenient when travelling with kids. Located minutes from train station, shopping, dining and Universal Studios. Would definitely stay again!
