The hotel is located very near the Dotonbori and is a flat walk everywhere. Staff at check-in were very helpful and allowed is to leave our small luggages as we arrived 5 hours before check in. It allowed us to go around Namba and Umeda.

Amazingly helpful staff who directed us every way, and efficient too! They had QR codes for luggage storage, and every need was met with respect and dignity. Very good service, I would go again.

It did the job. Small room, check in and out is done entirely yourself. Minimal contact with staff. Room was acceptable and clean for a budget hotel, but overall probably my least satisfying stay during my trip in Japan.

Whenever I travel to Japan I try to stay at an APA Hotel chain. I know what I am getting and it is always clean, although small as judged by western standards. This location has a lot of places to eat around it and close to the train station.
