Conveniently located right outside USJ, and at Universal City Walk. The Limousines bus drop off about 5 min walk from the hotel. Many shopping options and restaurants right outside. The hotel itself is beautiful. We stayed on a luxury floor. The room was very clean and had tons of amenities. It was surprisingly quiet considering its proximity to the park and Universal City. We ate at the hotel restaurant for breakfast and dinner buffets. Both had a ton of options and the service was fantastic. Dinner was relaxing and not very busy. Breakfast was a bit chaotic with everyone rushing to eat and get to the park. But the staff manage the chaos well. Overall it was a great experience and I wouldn’t hesitate to book another stay here!

We enjoyed the convenience of being a few hundred yards from the USJ gates - this is centrally located. We didn’t like the fact we were quoted a rate on Expedia - and when we checked in - the hotel said our family had kids over 5 years old and had to charge us alot more than our quoted rate. We had no choice at that point. That part is a bit confusing and would not highly recommend as a result.

Wow! What a beautiful property! So close to Universal Studios and the subway is attached! My only suggestion is to get smart TV’s in the rooms. After a long day at the park, my daughter wanted to shower and relax watching a show before bed. As it is Japan, I wouldn’t expect English speaking shows, but having Chrome cast to cast from our phones would have been super convenient. When I tried to look for the wifi (which was also horrible) I saw 4 Firesticks lol So I guess people already knew there was limited TV options

A Perfect Family Stay Right at the Gates of Universal Studios Japan! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at The Park Front Hotel! From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — even going out of their way to make our kids feel special. The location could not be more convenient — literally steps from the entrance to Universal Studios, which made it so easy to get in early and take breaks during the day. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful view of the park. The decor had a fun, modern vibe with little touches that made it feel themed but still refined. We loved the convenience of the Lawson downstairs and being so close to great dining options. This hotel provided the worst service compared to all other hotels we stayed in Japan. We forwarded our luggage from Kyoto which never reached and initially the staff was being very unhelpful regarding it. They finally decided to help after complaining for a while. The check in lineup is crazy and seemed disorganized. The wifi was horrible in our room with barely any service. Other than that the hotel has great amenities and right next to universal studios Japan. The buffet breakfast was excellent as well.

Convenient to USJ for family.

Stayed here several times as a couple but this time as a family. Room was worn and beds were hard and springy. I'm assuming because we have a toddler we were assigned to this room. It looked very downgraded in terms of the sink area and sleeping space compared to when we had a double or king size bed room. Felt claustrophobic too. Service upon check in was nice and friendly but the room left room to be desired.

Fantastic stay at universal doorsteps

Fantastic hotel at the doorsteps of universal ! Couldn’t have asked for a better location after a long day with a 4 year old and 1 year old. We brought a wagon for 2 kids and everybody was amazed at that which helped tremendously. The hotel room was very well equipped, beds are comfortable and depending on where your room is located , you’ll have a great view of the city or the park. The breakfast was busy as expected with a short wait but they had a bit of everything, we arrived around 11 am and the hotel was just outside the train station , they held our luggage while we enjoyed the park and came back to our luggage already in the room. Really beautiful hotel and worth every penny.

Great hotel right outside the gates to Universal. The food court and some shops are literally across the street from the hotel and the train station is a 2 minute walk. Food at the hotel was great. Lots of choice and options available. Room was spacious and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return if visiting Universal again.

Wonderful hotel right next to the entrance of Universal Japan. Very smooth check in and staff very helpful even accompanying us to our room to explain how things worked . Washing machine on our floor which you download an app and will be informed when the washing is finished . Breakfast had plenty of Japanese choices but not much English choice , but we are in Japan so this is acceptable.My only gripe was that on our booking it stated we would get a welcome gift which we never received .

Excellent location especially when planning to go to Universal City early. Excellent breakfast. Excellent views from the room. Mattress and pillows are firm. Customer service great and helpful. Close to restaurants. Easy access to train station which makes travel around Osaka and Nara easy. 2 minute walk to Universal City.
