There is dust everywhere, on the lamp, on the air vent fence…and there is no tea bags available in room. You can go lobby to get your free tea and coffee but you don’t wanna do this in the middle of the night.

the pillows in the room are horrible. There were only 2 pillows provided per room and they were so flat that was so uncomfortable sleeping on it. When asked if we could get more pillows, we were told that there was no stock available.

The location was great. Central to Den Den town, various big malls and local train stations. Lots of eateries and gaming shops. The facilities are bigger than many in Tokyo but the cleanliness was average. Stained spots on bed sheets and yellow stains on the shower edges. Staff was okay when approached, but did not appear friendly. Appreciated that water, slippers, toothbrushes and towels were provided at your front door per night without asking. With improvements on the cleanliness, this would be a great spot.
