It is close to everything and Osaka train station if you are visiting Kyoto, Nara and Kobe. Highly recommend to stay here.

Thin walls

This was a great hotel. The room was an actual room and not just a room filled with a bed. The staff was super friendly. The 2 on-site restaurants were good, but i would go to the mall nearby for better food. The only issue i had was on night 2 there was a big family of 7 or 8 that were staying on my floor. They were making noise in the halls. There wasn't much the staff could do to keep them quiet. The kids were just excited.

We booked this hotel because it stated it was a room for 5 people. We were traveling with my three kids, ages 7, 11, and 17. It was hard based off the pictures to see if the room would be big enough for all of us but based off their recommendation we booked the room. It, in fact, was not big enough. We were given three twin size beds for 5 people. In what world is three twin size beds big enough for 5 people? Even small children would not sleep comfortably in this room. The hotel should not have allowed us to book this room. No lies were told in retrospect....the listing stated there were three twin sized beds. So blame me if you'd like but I still stand by the fact that they should not allow 5 people to stay in this space. The room was average level of cleanliness if you consider puke stains on the bed skirt and carpet of average cleanliness. The location was great.
