Perfect location for universal studios!!! Rooms were sufficient, clean with comfortable amenities (Though a bit stuffy.) Overall the hotel was not very welcoming, for example : Reception is away from entrance, you only get one ticket for drinks during the day as opposed to all day access to drinks, it felt very cold and not welcoming in the dining area, the public bath is at an extra cost. The breakfast had variety but was not very good- however the second day we got the premium breakfast on 32nd floor which was significantly better.

We had an amazing stay in Keihan. We loved the adult pyjamas and shopping bag provided in the room. We could even take kids pyjamas and amenities at the hotel lobby. The hotel is just 2mins walk to USJ makes it very convenient after a whole day in USJ. The check-in/out process is very smooth. Starbucks, Gong-cha and Nene Chicken around the hotel. We will definitely consider this hotel again if we visit Osaka in future.

Our family of 5 loved our stay. We loved the Japanese styled room. Hotel was the perfect location if you are going to universal studios. It is only a short walk to the front of the park and an amazing plethora of restaurants in city walk to choose from. It was clean and the amenities were endless. The breakfast was very good. Nice balance of Japanese and western options. Our kids loved it. Staff were very helpful on check out and assisting us in getting to next location.

The rooms were clean, big and very comfortable. The staff were very kind and helpful and all around just amazing people. You literally are about a 3 minute walk to universal studios and or the station with plenty of restaurants and shopping all around you.
