Breakfast was yummy, nice selection of Japanese & Western food choices. The room was nice & toiletries luxurious.The front desk was super helpful & friendly. You. could access Osaka station from the basement of the hotel. I suggest taking a taxi to/from Shin-Osaka with luggage (about 1500Y) so worth not having to fight the crowds at the station with luggage.

Hotel Dan's Le Couer was good, we stayed for a week, rooms were cleaned each day and amenaties were restocked in the room too :D it was nice to have a big bath tub after the small one we had at APA.

Relatively large rooms, great location…but only if you work out how to get here from the underground walk ways….hotel is a long walk if you want to go to Itami airport via train…..hotel reception staff fairly average, but ok.

The staff on the first day ruined the experience. I arrived at around 10:30 PM on the first day to check-in, and the staff had very poor Japanese, and had a very poor attitude. People like him aren’t suited to service jobs.

The hotel is hard to find from the Osaka train station. Google maps was not much help( wanted you to stay underground where there is no cell service). The washer/ dryer was helpful. The internet was weak

Of all the decades I have been traveling to Japan, I never had such a bad experience at check-in. The hotel had an Indian guy who was extremely rude to us during check-in. His demeanor was extremely unprofessional. This guy's behavior basically ruined the entire experience at the hotel. During the check-in process, he was very terse and short. We have no idea why the hotel would hire a guy with such a bad manner when treating customers. The hotel should reveal the video footage of the time and date of our check-in and assess his performance. This is not acceptable anywhere, even in India. And I've been to India many times and I got very professional treatment in India. Based on that single experience, we would NEVER recommend the hotel to anyone.

Excellent location. Large room with 4 beds. Lovely decor. Very convenient with direct access to the underground malls with lots of dining and shopping options linked to all the metro lines and Osaka Station and JR lines. Has 2 washing machines and 2 dryers.
