Excellent location, steps from train stations and 5 mins walk to Shinsaibashi shopping area. Staff very friendly and polite. Small room and no safe inside the room but very clean and have everything else you need. Will stay there again if we go to Osaka.

Love this place! Great area, right beside a food market (aeon) that's opened 24hrs. Subway station is right there as well. Takes 15 mins to walk to dotonbori. Super convenient. Highly recommended

The best thing about this hotel is its location. Above a great supermarket and within walking distance of metro line and not far from Dotonbori area. We found the common areas a bit sterile and the check in was not the smoothest. Worse thing was the carpet in the room was stained in a few spots.

The front desk staff were chatting amongst themselves after pointing us to the self check in machine even after we had trouble finding our reservation on the machine. This was 4pm. Would have appreciated their proactive assistance. Otherwise clean and convenient location
