The hotel room was nice, clean and put together. The laundry unit in the unit was also nice to have. The check in was a little tough if you had to speak to someone. The connection to the other person on the other line was hard to hear. All in all the property was good.

Don't stay here if you are expecting quick responses from the virtual lobby. Never received extra towels or help with the projector entertainment system (it is some kind of proprietary system that doesn't allow use of streaming services). Overall, disappointed. Good location though in Osaka.

The check-in process was cumbersome, requiring remote assistance via computer screen and typing. The room was spacious but the curtains were dirty and the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. The laundry facilities did not dry our clothes sufficiently so we needed to lay them out in the room. The audio visual equipment (projector) was hard to use. I needed to use a chat function using the Line app to communicate with a remote agent. On the plus side, I found the room and building secure.

Kitchen is pretty small so we really didn't cook. The room itself is small but it worked for what we needed. The washing machine was useful but you will need to hang dry your clothes after the timed dry. Check-in process needs some work, even if you do the pre Check-in, you can't pay the tax at that time so you will need to speak with an operator. Luckily, it doesn't take long to reach someone.
