Had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, very convenient and close to shopping, restaurants, and transport. The room was not very big (just enough for a couple with 2 big luggages) but very comfortable, clean, and my spouse and I could relax properly. What stood out most was the excellent service from the hotel staff. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. They served very good breakfast too. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and I would definitely stay here again!

This is such a fantastic place to stay - it was our favorite hotel from our first visit to Japan and we made sure to come back to visit again when we came back. It’s in a great location, right next to Dotonburi and the Shinsaibashi shopping streets, with easy access to Metro lines nearby for travel elsewhere in Osaka. There’s a fantastic breakfast, and now also a complimentary drinks and nibbles lounge in the evenings. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and they have an amazing bathroom with a huge soaking tub. Highly recommended!

The property is located in the most bustling part of Osaka. It is just a few minutes away from Dotonbori. We did not get a room with a view as asked, and it was pretty loud inside- street sounds could be heard. Other than that, service was great and the hotel was located in the best area,
