Very family and kid friendly hotel! Location is unbeatable near the “M” and other subway lines that can take u to basically anywhere you need to go in Osaka. Breakfast is great and area is very friendly and safe. The comics theme is a great addition for young kids.

The hotel and staff was very nice and friendly. But when we book the stay we selected non-smoking room, somehow during check-in we were assigned to smoke room which is not very good.

The location of this hotel is actually pretty great! Just 10 minute walk from the famous shopping strip. So many great restaurants and stores! The staff was friendly and informative. The rooms were too small but I’m also used to Canadian hotels and in Japan everything is small.
