We had a fantastic 5 night stay at Hiyori Hotel Osaka. The location is incredible for being across the street from Namba station and the adjoined shopping Mega centers Namba Nankai/Namba parks. Dotonburi was a short 10min walk from the front door, and nearly any other attractions you may want to visit are about 30mins away but train, all available at the station 5mins away. The staff were wonderful, everyone was cheerful and helpful. We spoke pretty broken japanese, but the staff we interacted with all had enough english abilities to bridge the gap, and even without Japanese skills there are enough english menus/directions to get by (although highly recommend learning some basic phrases as this is appreciated by everyone you will interact with). The room and property were in excellent condition and had great amenities available. The room had great toiletries complimentary in the room, all which were solid quality. The onsite Laundry was very nice to keep packing light, and we loved the complimentary popsicles in the lobby. Special shoutout to the apple cider vinegar water that was in the lobby too, it tasted great and helped keep my tummy in good eating shape. We loved our stay at Hiyori Hotel Osaka, and if we are lucky enough to be in Osaka again we will absolutely stay here!

The free breakfast was a lovely surprise and very delicious. Only serves breakfast on the weekends, which worked out well for us. They also provided nice treats and free gifts on arrival! It is right next to the Namba Station and Dotonburi was only one train ride away or you can easily walk it. Would stay here again.

Stayed three nights during World Expo. Breakfast was spectacular, huge assortment of hot and cold foot items, breads, soups, meats, seafood, salads, fruits, I can’t even name them all. Great for if you want to try new foods as well. The drink options were even spectacular, with more than basic water and coffee/tea. There were some free perks after certain times, I think I tried a cold noodle dish after a certain time and it wasn’t bad. The room was clean, bed comfortable, there was a foot massager, no onsen, but nice shower.

The location of hotel is ideal,very close to Namba train station..making easy connection to whole city and airport.15 mts to walk to Datanbori/Geico Sign.Rooms are small but well maintained.in Evenin have small reception for snacks.Some makeup and small goodies available at check in.
