I had one room booked through my work situation at the hotel, once work was done though I was staying beyond that for personal time so I booked a second room for the extended stay. When it came time to check out of the first and into the second I was directed to leave my luggage and belongings in the first room and they would all be moved to my new room and be waiting for me when I finally made it to the second room. Not only did the staff move my belongings with care and consideration but they were placed in their own respective areas of the room. Costs hanging, suitcase on the luggage rack, carry on bags on the bench, hat on the table, even the items I had in the fridge were moved into the new fridge and organized. I have zero complaints about this hotel and everything it has to offer. From the bedroom to the bathroom. Outstanding.

5 star service and amenities. Right above Metro. Very close to cheap dining options. Walking distance to iconic places to shop and eat. On our last day the doorman was so helpful and helped us book a taxi back to Kansai airport! On the actual morning they called our room, were waiting right near the elevator, helped us lug our heavy suitcases down and in the taxi. I will definitely book this hotel again next time I visit Japan!

Overall service was good with friendly front office staff able to speak English. Location is perfect with every attractions and activities being stones throw away. The only downside is our room for the 3 of us was a bit cram with 3 decent size single beds. No room for opening our suitcases.
