Listing not accurate

Pros: Spacious room with good kitchenette which I had not been expecting. Good location close to train station. Handy coin laundry on premises
Cons: More accurate description. Recorded as catering for up to 4 people but couldn't cater for 3. MAX 2 people for this room.
I booked a twin room through wot-if for my 4yo daughter, 18yo daughter and myself. The listing said a twin room catered for up to 4 people and was suitable for my request for 2 adults and 1 child. However it was 2 large single beds with only 1 pillow each and only 2 towels. Not sure how it could cater for up to 4 people? When I enquired at reception about atleast getting an extra towel the language barrier (I don't speak Japanese and hotel staff appeared to not understand a lot of English) I was told I had "twin room" I said "yes but I booked for 3 people". Eventually I got another towel and I decided not to bother trying to ask for another pillow. I made up a bed on the floor for my 4yo with coats, towels, a little travel pillow and blanket which we had in our luggage. Luckily she was ok but I was not impressed. We stayed 2 nights like this. We had previously stayed at a Mystays hotel in a twin room in Tokyo and it had 2 double beds with 2 pillows each and plenty of towels so given this was the same company and same type of room I had expected it to be the same.
