Not a family hotel

Well I don’t know how they still have smoking rooms and well I guess business hotels. They need to put air purifiers in the hallways. Thank goodness the rooms do not smell. Service was pretty good not the best, but they cared and tried their best! The hotel was small but bed against the wall made it feel a little safer when sleeping with baby.

Decent room, somehow I had a smoking room selected, even though I requested no smoking. Staff immediately fixed this at no cost. I had a view of the roof which sucked, AC was nice and cold, fridge was cold but had to leave the room key in and they only gave me one key so fridge would get hot if I took the key. Vending machine right outside our room with coffee water and Asahis (really cool!). 7/11 right downstairs or a family mart at the bottom of hotel. 10 minutes walking to the Osaka main station.

The room was close to a train station which was nice for our train back to Tokyo. Room was smaller than expected, shower had mold on the sink and the water temperature in the shower would switch between hot and cold while showering. Pretty good food options nearby

The staff were polite and friendly. The room was dirty. Dust and dirt all over the bed and floor. You smell smoke all over the hotel, especially the elevators, and in the room even we took a man smoking room. The bathrooms old and squeaky and it may have mold. I recommend staying away from this hotel.

Great price. I wish they collected trash from rooms daily even if yhey only clean every 3 days. Due to no public trash cans around Japan, my kids and I bring home the trash to the hotel after each day. It accumulated since the trash was only collected during rokm cleaning done every 3 days. Other than that, good hotel.

I don't speak Japanese but the female staff members at the front desk did a very good job communicating with me. They helped me check into the hotel and were able to explain to me how the hotel operates. They were very respectful, friendly, and spoke clearly in English.
