Rooms very spacious and beds very comfy. It’s very convenient to station, although the station itself is a maze. Lots of malls attached to wander and find food, good grocery store is attached too. Walk to close by attractions of Dotonbori and Namba shrine. You do hear some train noise from 25 floor, but it’s not really noticeable. Views are amazing! Breakfast view from buffet is great, buffet breakfast a bit ordinary but nice enough. Overall we would recommend this hotel for an Osaka stay. Book airport train rapi t as soon as you can as it sells out and we got caught out by this.

We are lucky we chose the Swissotel. Having never been to Osaka, this is the place to stay for proximity and ease of access to trains!! Best decision we made!!
