It was a very convenient hotel located right in the middle of Namba Station. The room and services are nice, the only complaint I have is that there are no free laundry services. You will have to fill out a laundry form and notify the staff to come and grab your laundry, and they will charge you per piece and type of laundry, i.e, socks, pants, underwear, etc., all separate charges.

Swimming pool can’t be used due to some maintenance excuses. No one answer your call. You have to go downstairs in person to get stuff. Staff are not very professionally trained. The good thing is that it’s above the train station. There’s a strong odor in the whole hotel. Not sure what it is but doesn’t smell right. The furniture and bathroom are 4 star quality.

Breakfast at 32nd floor is magnificent, lots of varieties Japanese or Western style. Room is of good size and location at top of Mamba station is very convenient. Hotel building feels modern , lots of eateries and shopping around the area.
