10/10 loved this hotel. Always felt comfortable and safe. Coffee machine for free drinks, comfy seating areas. The only way up is through the elevator with room key. There’s a stair way that only goes up to reception. Everything was super conveniently close. Area: Very safe for the most part, nightlife starts as soon as the sun goes down. There’s plenty of bars/clubs/ adult clubs at every other corner. Don’t be out past 9/10pm to avoid it. Most stores close around that time if not 8pm anyway. So start your day early Osaka is still very busy city vibe. If you’re looking for something more authentic and slow pace, Kyoto was very beautiful and we wished we had planned to stay there too.

Of the many hotels we have stayed at around Japan the laundry facility here had the best washer and dryers hands down! There were four of each and wash time and dryer times were FAST! The bed was firm, the lounge offered free coffee and the hotel was conveniently located by a station.

地理位置很棒，人員親切有禮貌。房間很舒適，雙人房只有一張椅子，如果能提供兩張會更好。唯一比較可惜的是，空調是一台家用冷氣在床的正頭上，風吹一晚，睡起來有點頭痛。且半夜冷氣水不固定頻率的滴滴聲，讓兩個人醒來多次，這點真的很可惜。會是考量再次入住的最主要因素。

Absolutely great hotel !

I really love this hotel. Centrally located, close to a metro station, shopping, walking distance from Dotonbori, ... Staff is very professional and friendly. Room is clean, not noisy, best shower I had till now in Japan, beds are comfortable. Breakfast is also very nice. I am thinking about something that can be improved but can't find anything.
