Overall this was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Japan! The room is clean and staff was amazing - always cheerful and greet you at the lobby. Awesome having a laundry machine on a few different floors and the indoor onsen was perfect after a long day of walking. The bathroom is quite small but I would say it is quite common in Japan

Exterior of hotel and lobby have a lovely design. Room was well designed for the size. The first room we were offered was on a low floor: we asked for a higher floor and the front desk clerk immediately found one. Found the location to be very central to all the highlights of Osaka. Would stay again. Spa was a real treat in an urban hotel.

Awesome hotel and nice location. A little far from downtown but quiet and in a nice business area. Easy options for public transportation hotel itself is beautiful and awesome insite onsen after a long day. Great activities on site if you prefer to have a mellow day and relax at the hotel. Would recommend a stay here.
