We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. The rooms could be a bit larger, but the good thing is they offer a public bath, office space, and lounge rooms. You can also easily get drinks from the vending machines.

Loved the welcome skin care products, peaceful environment, free classes for flower arrangement & onigiri making, super hot onsen (I only went once out of 6 nights), close to 2 subway stations, close to convenience stores, some restos around but pricey, pleasant staff, comfy bed, a bit darker in the room for me, fresh towels daily, all the essentials are provided for. We highly reccomend this place if you prefer calmness & no chaos environment compared to Dotombori area. Thanks so much to all the lovely staff & for the staff who kept our room clean during our stay.

Hotel was beautiful and clean and bigger for a japanese hotel. But it is too far from the main city area and not many food spots around- Area is more for business then tourists. Also lights needs to be able to brighten i understand the dimness is for relaxation but it should have the option to brighten

Nära tunnelbana, men inte helt rent

Detta hotell är fint, men inte lika luxuöst som vi kanske trodde. Här kommer lite fördelar och nackdelar med hotellet: Fördelar ✅ - Har en fin lobby och nu såg jag inte poolen de hade (för det är strikt förbjudet att ha tatueringar), men området utanför det området kändes lyxigt. - Nära tunnelbanan! - Helt okej sköna sängar! - Har tvättrum, MEN… (fortsättning under nackdelar) Nackdelar ❎ - Tvättrummet är ganska litet och det är ”vanliga” maskiner och inte industrimaskiner, vilket gjorde att allt tog VÄLDIGT lång tid. Inte många kläder alls blev torra efter en timme i torktumlaren och det var kö utanför tvättrummet (stort hotell och många som vill tvätta) - När vi då skulle hänga upp vår rena/blöta tvätt i rummet upptäckte vi att det var otroligt skitigt överallt (t.ex. en ram runt tvn som vi torkade av för att hänga på saker var superdammig) (se bild) - Genrellt var städningen OK och det finns möjlighet att sätta upp en skylt för att få daglig städning, men det fanns fläckar på heltäckningsmattan som gjorde att golvet kändes äckligt att gå på (se bild) - Läget är lite ”off” från centrala Osaka - Badrummet är ganska litet, men fungerar precis på två personer
