The property was very convenient to stay in, walkable distance from nearly everything one could want. It's basically in the heart of Osaka with some good entertainment spots like Dottonbori right by. Having the 24/7 convenience story inside the hotel was so useful. Staff was also always readily available!

Bad hotel for the price I paid

Worst hotel I had in Japan. Very expensive for a small room with no view. Busy elevators, had to wait sometimes 10 minutes to use it... They charge extra money (about 3500 Yens daily) to access the pool that was supposed to be included… You have to pay to use the gym too. However, the public bath and location were good.

I loved the onsen. The fact they accepted my tattoo as long as it was covered with a sticker was truly appreciated (ask concierge in the lobby). Also had its own 7 Eleven. Loved the self check in. Tons of people frequent the hotel and yet the lobby is efficiently run. The bus station is behind the hotel where you can catch the shuttle to KIX airport for the fraction of what it would cost to uber or taxi (I paid $33 CAD but the terminal only accept CASH and Yen). Walking distance to Dontoburi. Great stay!

The amenities like the spa and laundry room were great. The double room we got is quite small, barely big enough to fit two people. We had to put our luggages under the bed. Normally that would be okay if we had a dresser to put our clothes but there were none.

This hotel is lovely and in a convenient location but all amenities were an extra fee! exept for the public bath, all other services were an extra cost like the pool! It was just dissapointing that we have paid for the room and that was it. The pool was about 15AUD per visit unless it was after 7pm which put it up to 25AUD per visit! It was just kind of a shock, and they were very onto people who didnt pay to use the pool as well. While we were there a lady got kicked out of the pool area with her young child beause she didnt want to pay to use the pool. And for the price you pay the pool is Very underwhelming. It is just a bit bigger than a spa. Apart from that thw rest of the hotel is lovely and my brother got a massage in hia room for a very lovely gentleman who did a very good job.
