Nice hotel. Room are compact but reasonable. But if you’re tall you may have a hard time fitting in the shower and the bed. Elevators are packed during the day time and especially during check out period on certain days. Waited 20 mins past my checkout time because of the long line to get on the elevator. Only one microwave on one floor. So you will have to travel down some elevators to get to it. If your on a budget would recommend. Hotel definitely did the job. Room view is nice & having the 7/11 inside the hotel is helpful 👌🔥

Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great price and great location. Rooms are small but when you are out exploring all day it’s perfect to just come back and crash. Staff were super kind and attentive. Rooms were clean and the comforters were so fluffy and cozy. Also minutes from the namba station as well as JR line. Would definitely stay here again.

Check-in is at 3pm and there is no flexibility. I do not expect to use the room earlier, but most hotels allow you to check-in in advance and hold your luggage until you are able to use the room. This hotel makes you line up for over 20min just to have your luggage put aside and then you have to wait until 3pm sharp and line up again with everybody who is trying to check-in at the same time, it felt like we were all arriving on a large bus tour. Never experienced a similar situation in any other hotels.

Excellent hotel, close to everything. Train station and taxis just few steps from the lobby. 7eleven (convenient store and ATM) and laundry machines were at the 4th floor. Rooms despite small were very confortable and modern. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. Enjoy a true Japanese experience with the onsen on site and a exquisite meal at their restaurant. It was a great stay.

Extraordinary stay! The location is convenient, very close to the train station and walking distance to the river and Dotombori great for shopping and eating. Our room was in a high floor with an amazing view, bedding was extra soft and comfortable. I recommend having breakfast or dinner at the hotel, the restaurant is on the top floor with amazing food and views. They had washers and dryers and a clothing “compressor” to make packing easier. I loved it! Definitely be patient with the elevator since it takes a while during peak times. Staff were very kind and helpful, all of them, all the time. Nothing was broken, dirty or out of order, just perfection. Very impressive!! Luggage can be stored for free after check out. This APA hotel exceed our expectations, we would stay there again!

This was my first time traveling to Osaka, and I found this hotel very convenient after arriving from Kansai International Airport. The bus station is right on the other side of the hotel door, so I didn’t have to drag my luggage for 10 minutes. Additionally, the room was exceptionally clean. We booked four single beds, but they provided us with two rooms connected by a door, allowing us to walk between them without having to go outside. The location is also excellent; reaching the main shopping street takes just 5-10 minutes. When you return to the hotel, you can enjoy the peace. They also have a water dispenser, so you don't have to buy water in the convenience store.

Great stay at Apa Osaka. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Close to public transport and a short walk downtown. Onsen was lovely.

Very pleasant experience staying at APA Hotel! Room is quiet small but it's perfect for a solo traveler. You only need to walk a few minutes to reach the Namba station that has metro that can take you everywhere. Food and shopping is also plentiful near the hotel. 10/10 would stay again!

Do not go there uf ypu expect the workers to take care of you, or even offer customer service. The cleaning staff was 10/10 and so was the walking area around. Not tall people accomadating, would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless its dier as a tourist.
