Great location for visiting Dontonburi, hotel staff were friendly but is a very basic hotel services wise, there are no frills. Room was clean but overall the property is showing signs of wear and tear and is in need of cosmetic maintenance

If you liked the toilet from the plane then boy is this the place for you. I swear the bathroom was taken out of an airplane. There's no fan either so the shower curtain starts clinging to you when you shower with hot water. You don't have to worry about the toilets clogging at least. Other than that though the room gets the job done and is located in the most convenient location for exploring dotonburi. The location makes up for anything else you might not like about this hotel tbh. Donqui is literally a few steps away and theres a 7/11 next door.

Dirty, small rooms, smelly, slow check-in, even slower to respond to needs, such a change of a key card that don’t works. Only the location is a positive thing of this hotel, if you want to stay at Namba.

The outside and the lobby are updated looking but the rest of the place is dirty and outdated/ The laundry room consists of 2 washer/dryer combos on each floor and the room smells of mold. The bathroom in the hotel room looks like its stuck in the 60's which includes a phone on the bathroom wall. the beds are fine, the room is outdated but ok. No frills. Location is in a super busy area, so if you're looking for a place to lay your head after partying then this place may be fine for you. I would not stay there again.
