Located right next to the metro exit and major shopping area which is really convenient. Staff members are helpful and the hotel is neat and tidy overall. Coin laundry at the hotel is great! Only downside is the noise from vehicles outside at night.

Absolutely worth it! Prime location; next to Dotonbori, near the train stations. The staff are nice, friendly, helpful, and speaks English. The building is modern and pleasant to be in. The room is spacious for a solo traveler, big bed, clean. Will definitely stay with them again!

Room was relatively spacious. Laundry has plenty of machines and there was no need to wait. Within short distance walk to the Nankai Namba station which leads to the Kansai Airport. Very good location for shopping and food. Unfortunately there were roads going on just outside the hotel.

Stayed at the Toyoko Inn in Namba as it was right across the road from Namba Hatch for a concert. I was pleasantly surprised by the room, which was a decent size, had a great bathroom, and had laundry facilities downstairs. Breakfast was included (a buffet with coffee.) The hotel is within easy walking distance to Dotonbori and right beside an entrance to Osaka-Namba station. I would absolutely pick this place again the next time I come to Osaka.

Convenient location with train station and covered mall near by. Will book there again. They have laundry machines and it is easy to take a bus or train to airport. Underground shopping area is also close and easy to use to get around several blocks when it rains.

It is located in close proximity to all the attractions. Also, only few minutes walk from Namba train station. The hotel is very clean. The complimentary breakfast is excellent and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Osaka.

Great location! This hotel is right in the heart of Namba, Osaka - Dotonbori, a hot spot for shopping and food. Next to train station to go anywhere around Osaka. You can step out the front door and you're surrounded by all the city's top action scene. Department stores, trendy boutiques, and an endless variety of food, from street eats to incredible restaurants, are all just a short walk away.
