Strict policies on cancellation even after calling 5 min after my error was a total let down.
Was booking Toyoko Inn Nara Oji-eki Minami-guchi, but by error booked Toyoko Inn Higashi Osaka.
Called 5 min after noticing error and requested to cancel or adjust to the preferred one. Only to be told I have to pay ¥9,537 for cancellation.
Poor listening and customer service.
Nonetheless the rest was ok.
